CrossFit North Harbour (CFNH) is a community that makes fitness enjoyable. We are a premier strength & conditioning facility that challenges the traditional gym environment. At our Box everybody is welcome, and despite their starting level of fitness or long-term goals, we’re on board to help achieve results.
The CFNH workouts are constantly varied and consist of functional movements that mimic daily life or sports to improve the functionality that gets you through the day. CrossFit’s sweet spot is in the intensity of the workout – working hard for a short period of time, as this achieves results. We seldom repeat the same workout, but when we do it’s so we can track our progress, smash fitness goals and create new ones.
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning programme that combines gymnastics, cardio and weightlifting. Classes or Workouts of the Day (WODS) generally last an hour and are programmed for constant variation, high intensity and functional movements. Our programming aims to help our members improve their capacity in the 10 components of fitness: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The results are a lifestyle of physical fitness and increased vitality.

GETTING STARTED
Interested in starting CrossFit? Or been doing CrossFit for a while but want to come check out CrossFit North Harbour? We offer a couple of different options for you.
Option One
Free intro
session
- We hold hour-long intro sessions every Wednesday at 5:45pm, Friday at 9:30am & 5:15pm and Saturday at 8:00am.
- Come check us out, learn about our programs and do a fun workout with a qualified CrossFit coach.

Option Two
The Elements
course
- A great option for those who are new to CrossFit or just beginning an exercise regimen.
- Consists of 3 one-on-one personal training sessions to suit your schedule.
- Covers the basic movements used in CrossFit.
- Prepares you to feel confident, comfortable and safely participate in regular classes
Option Three
Join Crossfit
North Harbour
- This option is best for those who have previous experience with CrossFit and feel comfortable joining regular classes, or for those who have already completed the Elements course.
